Sorry but i dont have the same message ,all i have is Under maintenance.Sorry, the site
is undergoing planned maintenance. We'll be back soon. if i had the message that you have posted then i would not of posted that i cant log in. Iwas useing intenet x 9 which i am sorry to say does not show the link.

You or correct in internet x it does not show it ,but in Google Chrome it does show it.

it depends on if you have signed in during maintenance I found that if you sign in by entering the sign in url afterwards if you sign out it will have the link i am not sure why one can only assume this error is cookie based
