First off, /install/requirements (to my understanding) is not a link/file extension in the Oxwall Software.

First i think you need someone that can look at your server,for you and set it up proper

Replace the content of the .htaccess file in your server with the one that comes with the oxwall zip file.

This will make your site to work.

If the previous thing (htaccess content) did not help, can you confirm whether mod_rewrite is enabled for your server?
