NEED Help!

I am not getting an email when new users sign up

I am unable to invite new user to join my site

I am unable to reset forgotten passwords getting (Error 500
Internal Server Error).

I was told that it could be that I do not have my cron job entered in right but I thought I did. I am able to access the cron jobs in my control panel but I’m not sure if I am using the correct path. Can someone tell me all the jobs I need to add to have my site working correctly?

I added this path:

/usr/local/bin/php /home/SiteName/public_html/ow_cron/run.php

Every minute

tks Ajith, can i ask a stupid question. why is the word "curl" at the front of the site address. is that the function name and in the cron job are you only adding http://www.sitename.com/ow_cron/run.php or are you adding the word curl space http://www.sitename.com/ow_cron/run.php

Its a word u need to add before the cron url.

Check with your hosting service. Some support curl,wget or simply php.. it depends how you are going to setup your cron.

hi guys im haveing this problem all of a sudded was working fine when i set this up now i have this message for the Cron job>

Status: 302 Moved Temporarily X-Powered-By: PHP/5.2.17 Location: https://www.glamourousdesis.com/500.phtml Content-type: text/html
And also when i just try to run https://www.glamourousdesis.com/ow_cron/run.php
from the browser web adderess bar it returns this error>

Error 500
Internal Server Error.

can anyone shed any light on this for me.

Your server is forwarding to someother address.

do you use https? Are you using ssl?

yes i use ssl and https ... i have some how fixed this now i just went mysql in cpanel and repair db.. lol then i checked it started to work.... is there somthing i should know about using ssl?

I asked just to confirm as you might have wrongly used https in the config so the server redirects from http to https
