If developer plugin don't use cache sql queries mechanism, then you can't cache this queries.

admin, base plugins and all default oxwall plugin which they create
i dont have paid plugins other developer, so i don't know if they implement default oxwall sql cache mechanism
oxwall temat stopped using this cache mechanism in futher versions, but code still exist, and i use it to some speed site
this plugin using some code from oxwallplus, which have cache mechanism
