Plesk Install - APC and APCu | Forum

On Plesk there is a need to have APC and APCu enabled when installing oxwall.  Here is the instruction sheet to do so however when trying to confirm it is up and running i could not get that to work.  Howerver APC shows in the phpinfo results now.

however we still get the warning: 


  • PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/opt/plesk/php/5.6/lib64/php/modules/apc.so' - /opt/plesk/php/5.6/lib64/php/modules/apc.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0


i looked at the dir its there.  So i have no clue what is going on, i dont even know what apc is or why it is required.   I am new to plesk.   So ill pass this off to the host support.

APC seems to be an alternate php cache application which helps php run faster.
