Ill have to look, if i remember correctly you have to go into mail messages and then clear converstation history from there.

i think you have to clear this table ow_mailbox_conversation
my test site is not up at the moment so i cant look for sure. But try going into message section and clearing conversation, ill try to find you a screenshot

and how about another user if they want to delete their text after they think it is no need?

im not sure there is that ability, but i will have my test site back up tonight and ill have a look for you.
