Hello, I want to sell my oxwall account. | Forum

I will retire from the social network platform for some reason. if you are interested I want to sell my oxwall account with 34 plugins that I have purchased and 2 paid themes. the total price for purchasing all of these items is $ 1329. however, I will sell it for only $ 1200. if you are interested please send a personal message for the details of the plugin and the theme I have purchased.

Please do not include any of MY plugins in this deal.  The plugin keys are assigned to a particular user and DO NOT transfer.  If the original owner no longer wants the plugins or to ever use them again i will just remove the license key.  However short of that the key will remain active and assigned to the original purchaser.  If i discover someone other than the original purchaser is using my plugin under someone elses account, i will terminate the license key. 


Users do not have the the right to sell what they do not own.  No user owns the rights to a plugin unless they have express approval from the programmer who wrote the plugin.  Purchasing a plugin gives you the right to "use" that plugin but you DO NOT "own" that plugin.  


So again you may not sell what you do not own.  If you have any of my plugins do not sell them in this way as you do not own them.

wow it seems you are very excited dave! I don't sell plugins. but sell accounts. maybe I can tell the buyer the account not to change the name of this account. information for you: I never bought a plugin from you. thank you dave.

I completely agree with Dave... You may have spent the money to purchase the license to run the plugin, but the programmer spent the time to program that plugin for yours and everyone's benefit.

At this time we are reviewing the current OSCL license which states the following: 


OSCL says clearly: "The User can not disclose sensitive information about The Goods purchased in The Store including but not limited to source code, license keys" (4.2.).


When we have more info we will let you know.

Well now I will only sell my oxwall account with 33 plugins and 2 paid themes with a total cost of $ 830. I will sell it for only $ 500, let's get it sooner. before I change my mind for price.

Until we have a firm decision on selling oxwall account this way, we need to hold off because we need to make sure this does not violate the oxwall TOU.

This is what we are trying to find out for sure.  If you read my OSCL reply above it says that you cannot release such information. We are trying to get clarification on that before we make a decision on the right way.
