Hello, first of all, our "impif " theme has no sidebar if you had kept the add new widget on the left sidebar you must active a theme with right sidebar and then change the position of the widget by dragging and then reactive our theme.

I am not quite sure, but I think he is implying to the "Add New" widget which is usually on a side bar. Your theme description images show an "Add New" widget which I cannot find in the theme. Was this removed or is it hiding somewhere?same , i cant find add new side on my index page.

Because This theme has no sidebar ! It has already mentioned on theme tags.
