Oxwall I can not install on windows server (host: Aruba) even if it decompresses the Public folder when I launch the browser gives me this error: Fatal error: Class 'UTIL_Url' not found in D: \ Inetpub \ webs \ tuositoit \ public \ ow_install \ install.php on line 15
can someone help me / explain how to install correctly? or on Windows servers can not we?

We still didin't find solution for this problem. It also appear on some XAMPP installations.
Would you send me your FTP/phpmyadmin details? We will try to install oxwall on your site and find an issue.

Tips to Fix a Fatal Error
Search for the error code to find specific instrctions.
Update the software.
Update the drivers.
Uninstall any recently installed programs.
Restore Windows to an earlier state.
Disable unnecessary background programs.
Delete temporary files.
Free up space on the hard drive.
