How is it possible that we can see a lot of forum topics from us in the Oxwall forum by searching at Google for our company name and then clicking on the tab images.
There should probably be a leak here in the forum.?

The mentioned topics contain posts of you and also some images that have been posted by you or other users. By searching for your name, the search engine notices that it's mentioned on the page which contains the image and displays the image in the search tab as you're explicitly searching for images. This isn't a leak but normal behavior.

Create custom pages for admin> pages> create page.
The alternative to creating custom pages is to create a page based on an add-on (the correct path).
The plugin is a feature that offers convenience for those without development knowledge, but is not recommended.
