We recommend to not touch database or hosting files. One thing you can do is to purge all files in ow_smarty/template_c directory and to backup the logfiles in ow_log/ and remove them, too.

All other files and database should be added to your backup. You need to contact your hosting company or a backup specialist if you do not want to do it by yourself.
