Variable Declaration issue ($big?) in your hotlist plugin in the following file:

/var/www/GB/htdocs/gay-bauern.de/ow_plugins/hotlist/components/index.php

Probably needs to be assigned to the index smarty template or isn't defined and set at all in that index.php (line 54)

Disabled the plugin or get the developer to update / issue a fix...

Do you have debug mode turned on? Disable it and check if the message still appears on your site.

Such notices appear because of debug mode turned on. Disable it in ow_includes/config.php.
