Why are my 2 plugins unavailable, missing from the MY PURCHASES?, buy 5 + 5 dollars!

If you have purchased a Sumate plugin please write to me at admin@somoscd.es from the email you use in PayPal. I have income from purchases made that I do not know who they are and I see that the licenses are not automatically released. Or send me a PM around here and tell me your email in PayPal. It is to confirm that the purchases are yours and to release the licenses.
Sumate and I regret that the link between OxWall and PayPal is not working properly.
