The administrator can put which roles can post and comment but there is no "pending authorization" management.If an element is deleted all links to it are broken.The whole map part does not work at all, it worked but Google changed things and the plugin was not updated.There is no support, the developer disappeared years ago.I use it but I have it very modified, I do not know if enough copies would be sold so that it deserves the time to make a new plugin.

About the "broken links", what do you mean? that deleted items are still present in the index? or that trying to access to the items through their permalinks returns a "not found" error?

Do your modifications fixed these bugs (broken links and google map)? or they are deeper customization to your needs?

I ask because a fair middle way would be to buy a license of the original plugin to its developer, and buy a "license" of your patches to you?

The problem is that when you delete an element and someone accesses it from a comment from the same website or from another, it shows "this page does not exist".

What I did was to delete all the maps and when you access an element that does not exist (in my case car workshops and car shops) I will show you a list of those that are from the same car brand. But if the link points to a comment on the missing element, it continued to give this problem.

The modification was a real fudge, but it was very urgent to fix that. You can not legally sell patches for plugins.

Currently I have installed a customization of my memberads plugin.

What I do is leave the inxistent elements marked "expired" and you can continue to see and comment but they do not show up in the listings
