I'AM EXPERIENCING ISSUES TRYING TO SAVE A CUSTOM CSS. MY CHANGES ARE NOT BEING SAVED. I NEED HELP PLEASE I TRIED TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FROM THIS LINK:

HOWEVER IM GETTING STUCK AND CAN'T FIND THE
( ow_themes’ or 'ow_includes/config.php' :) FILE or know how to get to it. and need to know where to go to enable the DEV_MODE

I HAVE DOWNLOADED PER THE ARTICLE:
- A base theme
- A text editor (personally, for example notepad++)
- A FTP client (like Filezilla) if you want work online
- A plug-in who help you to know which line to edit (like Web developer for Firefox ,

I edited the base css file , to change my 'main' page font . and then it changes but I dont know how to save it. i tried the instructions over and over. please HELP.

Just ftp it then to the template folder ,do it that way,or edit your template css useing ftp

Via FTP client or directly via your cpanel.
