I confirmed what causes this, it's a change to the paypal email address that causes Purchases to not be released properly.

Forget the store, you dont get any plugin!

Thanks for that, but this plugin is just for original oxwall mobile and who is using it today! It is the first thing I do when I have installed oxwall's click away the in-setup, much better themes with those qualifications. I thought this was a generous addition to mobile, not just for oxwall's own cell phone application.
