To the rough: putting the folder "tusite.com/ow_userfiles/plugins/mailbox/attachments" in "read only" mode
Or modifying the Messajes plugin
another more simple method is to go to:
Settings > Content Settings > File Attachments > Allowed Extensions
And then remove all the file types that are not image file extentions. Much more simple task.You can also then go into:
Settings > Language > Search
and search for "Invalid file type. {$name}" and you can change the error message displayed when people upload file types not fetured in that list. for example "Image files only"
