No, I don't.  I only know about some of the open source wiki scripts out there.

Yeah, there's plenty.  MediaWiki is a good place to start.  It's free and the same software as Wikipedia so is pretty familiar to most users.  I'd originally considered integrating with that but felt like I had enough on my plate with learning Oxwall. :)
