I have done this for the next version of my UserInfo plugin, it is already working but it is not in the store yet. Includes big changes in the whole complaints section: mark the flags as viewed so they do not show but if they are in the history, new widget to see them (more agile) and modifications in the default widget of OxWall to be compatible, so you can choose which widget to use ... or you can use both.

I still work on this plugin, the flags section exceeds your expectations and is already finished, as well as other sections.
This weekend I will upload version 3, the one that is now in the store (2.0) does not have this section.
You can deactivate the rest of the functions if you are not interested.
