Hi. Is anyone familiar with how to export one of the "dashboards" to a dynamic Excel sheet? For customer support - the table showing the number of cases in each subject category. We have an Excel sheet on a screen on the wall for everyone to see, and want to also see how many cases we have open in each category. [links removed by moderator]

The key is perhaps to make sure the exported dashboard remains updated automatically, instead of manually updating it.

Does anyone know what I mean, and the means to get there?
