I am not aware if there is a plugin that does multiple images or not but no it is not possible out of the box.
You can combine groups and forum, look in the group or forum settings. But once you do that i would not advise undoing it.. Also if you do that and you need to deactivate them, you must deactivate the forum first (i think) before the groups plugin, its one way or the other i forget which way it is.
