I would like to add a cover pic option for every user. I know this will not be very hard for the developers here to help me how to do it. I want to add a html/any code so that it enables users to add cover pics to that block as in the picture.

Put a custom HTML widget tehre which has the picture url. But this should make the same picture for all users.

No, I don't want that. I want a plugin or something that allows users to upload and change their cover pics according to their wants.
