Not as a link at top along with "index, lojas, curtas", but as an actual form, for example before "última actualização :30 de Julho de 2011" text?

and sometimes just opened the page with the login box and others with the form alongside.
What I would do is the following, after seeing some issues in the forums:
format text with images next to the registration form, but do not know where to add, edit text and images.
The box that the left has "Greetings community Dodaka! Welcome you!" Until I could write about it, but this box also appears in other parts of the site and would not only allowed to leave the home page ...
