How can i get this "ADD TO HOMESCREEN" in oxwall mobile .. i have bought this https://developers.oxwall.com/store/item/1132 plugin and if i can get this type of popup it will great!
With so many supportive and great tech guys around, if you all can please contribute a bit from your side each.. i am sure we can achieve this and lot many non-tech people like me can benefit !

Now if this is something custom you want to do with a plugin and the developer decides its not within the parameters of plugin support, and allows you to customize it to your liking. Then you may post a request in the custom coding section of the forum, that it what it is there for.
Again please dont take my reply as a negative, please understand that if we dont put requests in the right place then we have everything everywhere and its disorganized kaos.

The author already answered in full. PWA plugins are available in the store, you may be confused about the Push Notifications Plugin. Even though it utilizes a service worker for web push it does not provide a PWA at all! <br />
