Thank you so much for your topic. We checked the report and could not reproduce the issue. Could you please specify what action did you perform before the error occurred? What page did you receive this error on? Do you have any errors in the server error log? Where do you host your website? What platform (SkaDate or Oxwall) do you use? What version of the software are you using?
The more information you provide, the more effective our assistance will be.
The action was, downloading (at that moment it was for free, now it's $ 199) than uploading the plugin and installing.!
Then immediately the Error 500 message and the website was no longer accessible and a backup had to be restored.!
There is nothing in the error log on the server, we are running platform version 1.8.4 (build 10800) Oxwall.
