Widgets are stored in several Tables including
base_component
base_component_entity_place
base_component_entity_position
base_component_entity_setting
base_component_place
base_component_place_cache
base_component_position
base_component_setting
If you want to add something to the widget you do so via the code not the DB Table, please describe exactly what you are trying to do and we can help you.
