Is there a way for admin to delete custom widget from user page? I mean to get "Edit (customize) page of this user" button or another solution

No way, Abbey.. If this widget (custom code) pasted by some user (not admin) for his own page=profile there is no way to modify or just to delete it(( Only PHPmyAdmin)))

oh you weren't clear with your explanation, no there's no way, try disabling customization... or if it's that offensive delete them
