I get about 10 new spam users everyday. I have to delete them all every few days. The problem is that they all appear as name joined our site!on the news feed. How do I stop new users appearing on the news feed?

You can stop showing the new member join activity in newsfeed by disabling them from the newsfeed plugin settings.
