At a guess, I'd say I can update the database to remove it, but is this the proper way?

Motivation?

1) Its fugly.

2) It's like a beacon to spammers due to the classes added to the div.

3) I just want to. :)

admin -> index page -> customize
remove this widget

I get stuck at "go to index page" - where is that?

I've attached what I see when I go to the admin page.
