such as changing numbers to farsi!!

Hadi, CAPTCHA code is generated within the script. Only background image is saved.
Changing content of CAPTCHA requires complex code modification. I suggest integrating already created Farsi CAPTCHA.
For your reference, captcha.php code is located under ow_systemplugin/base/controllers and captcha.js is located under ow_statis/plugins/base/js .
