How do you add photos from UserA that selected friends only In privacy For photos to appear on Latest photos so It appears to their friends who Can see them instead of going to UserA profile to view new photos?

I believe that is what the dashboard is for. Its called a friends dashboard so all your friends content is there and its controlled by the privacy plugin. That is the difference between dashboard and main pages.

as already stated above by Dave newsfeed lets you do just that. in privacy select friends only.
keep in mind that the more buddies you have the slower newsfeed gets thats is the main probñem of it other than that its great.
mine loads fast case i did extensive code overhaul
