In /admin/plugins/newsfeed/customization you can turn "Profile wall comments" on and off. But it has no effect.
I want to turn it off but the profile wall comments still appear on the main newsfeed.
What can I do ?

Ace, have justed tested on my own Oxwall installation and the comment I wrote on my wall wasn't displayed in the main newsfeed. You are testing this on the new content, right? Can you give your site URL along with admin username and pass for me to check?

I hate bumping really old content but I'm having this exact same issue and wondering if there was a solution for it.
I have unchecked "Profile Wall Comments" under Newsfeed Content but comments that people make on their own profiles are showing up on the newsfeed on the main page and comments that people make on other member's profile pages are showing on the newsfeed on the main page. Is there a way to turn these off?
