Yes TOS is checked to show in admin settings, I also noticed the option to add avatar when joining is gone too and that also is checked to show in admin :(

Ok got them back!!! This had happened because i had added new account types. I wanted users on join page to be able to select if they were an 'artist', 'gallery' etc.. to do this i changed the word 'standard' to Artist....

When i put things back the way they were it went back to normal

Richard,  have tested ( renamed Standard to another title) on my own Oxwall installation and TOS, CAPTCHA and avatar upload fields showed up. It is very strange that this is not working on your site. If you provide with username and pass. so that I can check settings of your admin panel, I will be glad to look into this on your site.

Yes, Avatar is. Rights to the folder "ow_userfiles" 777. The subfolders on some rights 755.
