is there s followers privicy settings for feed? i mean apart from everybody, friends only, or only me.

There is no followers privacy setting that i am aware of. You can either refer them to the site privacy page or come up with a plugin specifically for followers privacy. However, logically it would seem that if a user has their privacy set then it should apply regardless if they are following or being followed. At least thats the way i see it.

I use onely "the wall" on main page.
And the "wall" and "Newsfeed" on the "profile" page.
And onely "newsfeed" on Dashboard
In this way, the newsfeed is only visible to demusers, free and members. facebook login I do not know if it works yet! waiting to remove facebook conect until over the weekend, if it does not work!
I also use the Secret post plugin https://developers.oxwall.com/store/item/1072
