Hi Tech friends,

i need some serious help of your,

Since some time i am facing this problem, this is the same server which was hacked and porn site started showing in one of the installs, SD gave an hand on the server and the hacked site was restored! Thanks a ton to him for the kind support,

but unfortunately.. on of my another site is showing peculiar 2-problems :

1)Admin>users>browse users = shows error 500 (rest all opens)

2)unable to edit existing user registration form questions

(the ajax component keeps loading, but only in few fields not all)

i am unable to user question form fields edit .. i tried many ways, cache clean, dev mode, debug, but all in vain

finally i created a ticked a ticket to me hosting guys and asked them to investigate, and they found out below errors from logs:

1)PHP Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'MAX_QUESTION_VALUES_COUNT' in /home/ewallorg/internson.in/ow_system_plugins/admin/classes/form_fields.php on line 155

2) Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'MAX_QUESTION_VALUES_COUNT' in /home/ewallorg/internson.in/ow_system_plugins/admin/components/user_list.php on line 268

So it seems like the application's configuration is not quite correct.. if anyone of you can please suggest what should i do.. please help me get this sorted, its really critical.

It should be defined in line 98 of the file ow_system_plugins / base / bol / question_service.php

but I use a version of OxWall customized by me, check that you have something similar to this image in that file

i got the backup of old date retrieved.. now its not even opening admin panel says website.com/INVALID_URI And on debug mode it saying Can't generate URI! Route `admin_default` not found

I suggest replacing all core files first since this site was hacked before. I have sent you a zipped up core file package with just the core files and nothing else in PM. Let us know if that helps, it cant hurt.

Replacing the core files will not effect your site unless you have edits to the core files.
