Basically when you shrink your browser to small resolutions the video will not "shrink" instead it gets cut off. So warning to all this is not optimized with size variations. The best way to sort this is to have your videos smaller. In retrospect it is an easy update.

Both developers have implemented the ability that when you shrink your window down or use a smaller resolution the video will begin to shrink it's borders so it stays appropriately sized.
