Hi all, 
Im using 1.8.4 and I cant find a "delete" profile button on the front end (i.e. if the user wants to delete his own profile).  

Where is this button located?  How do users delete themselves from the platform?

PS, I just checked the instructions here, and the code is present / hasnt been uncommented
