browsing by tags do not seem to be working on my site only 1 tag seems to pull any results not sure whats going on

not sure what the users privacy is but I tried tagging one of my own its weird I can get one tag to work just fine but I cannot get any other tag to work new tags existing tags nothing

update I have found adding new never before used tags works its tags that I used a while ago before I had to reconstruct the database that do not work I could use some help in debugging this though just show me how to fix one and I will fix them all
