So, I'm a beginner, I'm going back to the 5:2 diet after two or three years, and one of my most difficult tasks on fasting days is at about 7/8 pm after dinner, when I have a strong craving for sugar. someone advised me to go to bed at this time, but I have a job and study at the university, so it just seems impossible. Also, I like to stick to my sleep habits on a schedule, as I have to wake up at 5 a.m. almost every day. the other day I even struggled with sleep, even though I was exhausted because my sugar levels were so low, any recommendations or tips on how to overcome this?
