Ok, now ask your hosting what the lifetime on your server is.
Maybe they could help you, because this is not oxwall related.

Session lifetime is usually set in php.ini file. Depending on your hosting plan, you might have a right to change this or not. So, as recommended by Joey, contact your hosting company to get this sorted out with them.
