This banking
error usually occurs when there is a problem with your financial institution.
To fix this banking error, create a dummy company file to check if you are able
to connect with the bank:
1. Open the
QuickBooks Desktop application, move to the No Company Open window and choose
the Create a new company option.
2. Select
Express Start or Detailed Start.
