My site, www.gamemoon.net , is in a great mess at the homepage. I wonder if this oxwall site was hacked or infected with virus.

Peter, currently your homepage seems to be ok.
If you are referring to the users that registered with the same gray avatar, then you will need to either use anti spam plugin or turn "Mandatory user approval" feature on in admin panel.
Unfortunately, there is no way any software can be 100% protected from spammers.
