Download the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool from the official Intuit website.

Save the file to your computer and double-click it to run the tool.

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation and let the tool diagnose and repair any issues.

Rename the QBWUSER.INI file: Renaming the QBWUSER.INI file can resolve problems caused by damaged configuration settings. Follow these steps:


Press the Windows key + E on your keyboard to open the File Explorer.
