So coming into to town to check out Alicante maybe move here or elsewhere in 2 to years

Is it reasonable to ask agent to go see a listing?

Question 2

Generally any agent can show a listing due to mls system but I heard mls does not exist in Spain so does that mean I need to find the listing agent only?

Question 3 We are not ready to buy how reasonable is it to request a view or visit? We feel we need to see a few places to help evaluate the place but are looking to buy in 2 to 3 years

Question 4 Our plan ( visa reasons) is to rent out 6 months out of year via VRBO or AirBnB but would like a realtor to locally manage

Do these exist? Is it stupid? Crooks? What are normal charges Etc we cannot do this from the USA

In some laces in USA local city is hostile to this activity ( for good reason ) and only allow it in specific places in the city

Our target place would be a 3 bed penthouse/atico apartment in San Juan playa or on the tram line (1 or 2 blocks from tram) with view this Home Listings in Milan MI

So a bit on the high end for Airbnb but something we can live in for 3 month stays and use as a base for traveling around

With someday making it year round
