Roshan, this issue, most likely is caused by the third party plugin which is connected to MailBox.
Deactivate/delete "Anti Spammer" plugin via FTP or File Manager in your control panel ( log in to your server, go to the place where oxwall is installed, go to "ow_plugins" folder, find folder of the needed plugin and delete it). Let me know the results.
