Question about billing/invoicing software | Forum

I recently started a solo practice and have been manually keeping track of expenses and invoicing clients. I'm now looking to buy a software to automate these tasks. I've seen recommendations on this and related subs, but none quite get to what I'm looking for.

I'm looking for basic software that does invoicing, bookkeeping, and trust accounting. Credit card payments and time tracking would be nice to have, but those aren't dealbreakers. I would like to avoid paying extra for practice management functionality, but it seems like all of the options include this (e.g., Clio, Lawcus, Practice Panther, PCLaw, Rocket Matter). Trustbooks seems like another option, but it doesn't have invoicing functionality, unless I misunderstood. And trust accounting on QuickBooks seems more complicated than I'd like to deal with Dental Insurance Billing.

Any recommendations? Seems like I may just have to bite the bullet and go for a full suite software like Rocket Matter/Lawcus/Clio, unless I'm missing something.
