I see file bbcodes.js, but what for? Is there any possibilities to add smiles?

Alex, bbcodes.js is not part of the Instant Chat plugin. It is not even part of the Oxwall software.

There is no common interface to implement smilies into Oxwall yet.
Adding smilies requires complex custom code modifications.
