I noticed Facebook use a iframe to separate the newsfeed on its main page. the feed refreshes in the iframe and the page stay still.

#idea 1: Create a custom plugin that refresh instantly, then make the newsfeed plugin able to be drag and drop or connect in to the refresh plugin. this will eliminate the refreshing of the entire page just that plugin. if the plugin was compatible with the other plugins, then we could select which plugins we would want have refresh instantly.

#idea 2: or on the theme layouts where we drag the plugins to different area
you can have a designated area that will refresh that panel area no what plugin was in the panel. it may involve recoding the layout area instead of the actual plugin.

in order for us to have the refresh like facebook its gonna require a iframe to separate the page layout in order to refresh that iframe and cache the content.

#idea 3: on the page layout panels recode them to give the admin the option to keep the layout normal or turn on the refreshing panels option.
