In the inception, close the QuickBooks Desktop.
Now, you need to download and install the QuickBooks Tool Hub program on the system.
The next step is to follow the on-screen instructions and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Click twice on the icon to open the tool hub program.
After this, select the Company File Issues option from the tool hub program.
Then, choose to Run QuickBooks File Doctor tool.
Let the tool perform its analysis, which may take up to 1 minute to open.
Once done, the user needs to select the company file from the drop-down menu in the QuickBooks File Doctor Tool. Tap on Browse to look for the file.
Also, check the file and then press Continue.
You need to enter the password for QuickBooks admin and tap on Next.
Wait for some time, and reboot your system once the issue gets resolved.
