yes, thats where i tried changing it... but it has no effect, same with the favicon... it does not work...
where are those changes saved? so i can change it manually? or maybe i need to chmod file?

1. Can you let us know what you currently have in "page settings" and your site URL?
2. Favicon- check this topic http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/418 .
Can you make sure that the image you are uploading is called favicon.ico, and that it was actually uploaded ( check whether this image indeed exists on your server). If it was uploaded, try checking your site in different browsers. Let me know the results.

nevermind i found a solution :)
you can change the meta tag values in the language settings... in case someone else has the same problem
